Staying Healthy In School

Staying healthy in school is very important. Especially freshman year because due to so much more food, alcohol and stress you are more likely to gain weight. I gained 15-20 pounds my freshman year. Luckily I am a gym freak and do a lot of physical activity to stay healthy and active. So don't slack drink no alcohol or soda or fatty foods!
